At Celtic Bella Creations, each item is custom-made with care. Because of the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or cancellations. Exchanges will only be considered in the event of damage during shipping. Our team will make every effort to resolve issues promptly and fairly.

Please note that exact colors cannot be guaranteed due to differences in screen resolutions, lighting, and color management. Refunds or exchanges will not be issued for color variations.

Refunds

Refunds will only be issued if Celtic Bella Creations is unable to fulfill your order. In such cases, we will notify you promptly and process your refund in the original form of payment.

For all other issues, we will work with you to find a satisfactory resolution. Refunds are not available for color discrepancies, delays once shipped, or buyer’s remorse.

Returns and Exchanges

Because all items are made to order, returns are not accepted. Exchanges may be offered only if an item arrives damaged during shipping. To qualify for an exchange:

• You must contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
• You must provide clear photos of the damage and packaging.

If approved, a replacement will be sent. In some cases, we may request the damaged item be returned before a replacement is issued.
