How long does it take to process an order?
Generally there is a one week turn around on standard designs in our inventory. Custom orders can take up to two weeks based on the complexity of the design. Orders can take up to three weeks to be fulfilled. Because we do not use drop shipping products you can be assured that everything is created and produced in-house for quality products every time.
Do you ship internationally?
Generally we do not ship internationally. However, contact us for international shipping prices and we may be able to accommodate.
What is your return policy?
We will only process replacements with through documentation of the type of damage. All of our products leave 100% flawless free. Shipping is insured so we will work with the postal carrier if your item arrives damaged. As always we strive for 100% customer satisfaction.
